hi everyone, i know this is not the rigth forum to ask, but... :) which is the best library for displaying Autocad (.dwg files), currently i'm begining to use openDWG but before i made a terrible mistake i want some input from you guys. Also I need to map a coordinate from the screen to a coordinate at the drawing. :confused::~ :confused: thanx in advance "I don't want to achieve immortality through my work... openDWG is fine, but its only an i/o library for reading and writing .dwg files. You have to do all the display work by yourself. Or you can choose IntelliCAD a formal open source CAD system. (As a previous member of the IntelliCAD Technology consortiom I dont really recomend it, because of the big spaghetti code mess of Icad....) Cheers bb |~ bb

Are you talking view only? Or for edit? I take it since you are using OpenDwg, you don't have the requirement of the end user having an Acad license? Nick This are my own opinions.
