I'm just installed XP on a clean machine. It has a broadband connection using ICS, and a LAN connection. When the net is connected, some of the LAN resources ask for a user/pass to access them. Any of the users I give are rejected. The target machine is on a domain, the XP machine is a member of the domain but is logged in to the local machine. Normally I do not need to enter any passwords to connect. As soon as I disconnect the Broadband, I can access the network no problems. I can still access non-domain machines while connected. Any ideas? It's really annoying as I can't actually download any emails as they are downloaded to the other machine using this connection.
