Hello, I am new to writing console applications in VB.NET. I need some advice on how to get the little bit of text after the .exe /. For example if I open a command window and type program.exe /help or something like that Or if you type program.exe /? It will show help.... Thanks in advanced.:)

Hello codeprojectusers, I am writing a very simple web server for no real reason and if does kind of work, but when I get a request from a client I get an error from visual basic 2005 .net. It says that access to the folder requested was denied. this is the code i am having a problem with Dim fs As FileStream = New FileStream(filename, FileMode.OpenOrCreate) I have no idea how to fix this without using that request permission method which I cannot get to work, soooooo I would appreciate any help, Thanks

Hey, i am writing a program that downloads a web document and shows it in a richtextbox, in my case the code for a html web page. so far i have go the code to load into a richtextbox with an internet traffic control, but i need all the hyperlinks to be listed in another richtextbox, treeview , or something else. any help would be much appreciated, thanks. :-D

Hello, I'm using VB.NET 2005, I am trying to use the Internet Transfer Control to load a web page source into a rich text box and then index all the words into a SQL database, but when I tell the Internet Transfer Control to open a URL it gives the following error Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A8BA8 The URL comes from a text box, when I press a button. Hi, I am writing a web search engine in asp.net, but i need to know how to write a vb web indexing service in vb.net 2005. The indexing service needs to crawl the web,and index the web sites key words and the web address. Have you typed in the IP address or host name in the server box in properties You need to make the sure that the computer you are connecting to will accept RDP connections and the username you are going to use must have a password and be an administrator or have a password and be in the remote desktop group. ;)
