Hi, Thanks for replying. my issue is I am working on web application in which i'm showing a pop up dialog as modal box. but when application is ideal for some time a lockscreen modal dialog appears. Thus I cannot access html page but i can access popup modal box which should not happen. lock screen is also a modalbox. So i want to handle two modalbox. please suggest if any alternative for this. No - you can not grab a file from the client, they have to send it to you. You could write a page which loads the report and starts printing, I believe, but at best it would bring up the print dialog, you can't start the printer from javascript. Please post the entire code. What you have posted doesn't make any sense. Why are you adding " RegisterClientScriptBlock("anything", strScript) to the client script? RegisterClientScriptBlock is an ASP.NET (serverside) function.
