I do yoga. Yes, I know, it's not for everyone and it can be hard to find a class that suites you and your schedule, but I love it. I take a class only once a week and then I try to remember some of the exercises and do them at home a couple of times a week. It's perfect if you're sitting down all day and your posture isn't what it should be. And it's not as hard as you think. Angelika
