Hi,i have rtf formatted data stored in a file, the data is english letter and unicode character mixed format, i want to display the mixed data in a richviewEdit control. the problem is if the data is only unicode character or only the english character, it was displayed correctly,but it is not good for the mixed character, is there any way to fix it?by the way, i have to use the richview control,please help!

Hi,all,may be this is a simple question, but i can't fix it. i can't store rtf format of any unicode string or chinese string into sql database by using sql statement. The unicode string or chinese string is from the richtextbox, i used "rtfData=RichTextBox.Rtf" and tried to insert rtfData int sql database, but i can't. is there any special character i have to deal with in the rtf formatted data?please help,thanks!

Hi,all,i have projects written in vb6.0 to make it support unicode, but the richtext box have some problems in right to left layout and right to left reading order. I have tested some controls,but there is problem,like when input text mixed with ansi character,it will be in the wrong order. is there any other controls that can support unicode very well?any help will be appreciated,thanks!

I have two questions appeared as below: 1.Thanks to stancrm,that gives me the help,what does "Hook Enabled" mean? 2.The message and title of the MessageBox in Uyghur language now appears normally,but the text of the buttons is still in chinese. How can i change the text of the button in the MessageBox,for example,change the OkButton text "Ok" to "xxx". thank you,further help will be appreciated,thanks again!

The message and title of the MessageBox use the system font,right?when i sent unicode string to the MessageBox,the message and title didn't appear normally.I am writing unicode based code,the string is unicode based(Uyghur language). This is the same on the title message of the Form,uyghur text is shown normally in the other controls. Is there any way to solve this problem? I know i can replace the system font with other fonts by modifying the desktop property. Is there any control that fix this,like RxLib(supports Delphi),or is there anything can set the MessageBox font?any help will be appreciated,thanks!!
