Hi, u can use resource file, as they are part of application and not stored outside of it. u can access them using stream when required, conditionally prices dont change often.if u use this u dont need DB and not even shared variables.

Hi, instead u can create ur own designer that will accept name and type and location, those u can save to XML,DB. and afterwords u can draw the form at runtime as u want. even u can change the design of form at runtime via refreshing the XML or DB.

Hi, there are many reasons behind not getting resultset. some of them can be your datepicker value is not in correct date format as SQL expects, or check your system date formats, or just format date value before adding to query.
