If you folder is in wwwroot, then you need to just open IIS ( Run > inetmgr ) You will see there should be an folder with the name of your application. Right click on that > On the Default tabt > Click on Create Button. Set the other properties like authentication, ASP.NET Version etc. Then try to run.
