hi to all I installed one security component on one server. Suppose if any user want to access the core functionality of the main applcations, the user credentials must be passed through this security component. Users belonging to different domains.Again this domains are divided into global and local group users. For only one domain(assume x), if local group is used , the security component does not work. Global group for this domain is working fine. what is the expectiong error here? Is that OS related error or Applcation error? OS: NT component p.language: cpp Expecting a early reply.... hi to all My Problem: 1.My prject security component(name: RATX) not able to recognize a non-NT domain 2.When USUSER domain(my one domain name) Local group is used , the RATX securtiy component does not work. Before that this organization worked with NT. Now they are using XP. suggetions required..... Here new desktop means, We created new interface(say Y) to access the applications of project through this desktop only. This is a web application and this is provided for client side. And another thing, you can view this data from another interface(say X) also Now the Problem is, here we are seeing the data about a particular empnumber from X only. And this particular empnumber is not visible from Y. And this is happening for only one empnumber.And the remaining all empnumbers working fine. Bhasker P

I have a problem with my project. In this project, we have two options to view the details of a particular employee details. 1. we have provided a new desktop(say X) for this project so u can view the details of particular employee number. 2. Here, another option(say Y) is also available. From this also, u can view the details of any employee number. My problem is, Now I am able to view the details of from Y, but not from X. This is occuring for only one employee number. The remaining employee numbers are working fine and I can able to see the details from the two options(ie., X and Y). front end is ASP and database is SQL Server2000 So what is expecting error here??
