I was going to write a few paragraphs, and am that glad I didn't because the "5 mongolian stompers rule" covers the same, or pretty much the same, territory. The word I first tried was "clique-ish" which was too "My Rainbow Pony"-ish. The mongolian Stomper is much stronger a term. I do not like Stack overflow. It can be great, but it is in slow-self destruct mode. Vanity and pride have killed it.
