If you want to go with big companies you can get a list of thousands of them at webhosting.info, but does size matter? I don't think so. I host couple of my sites with www.hostinto.com They charge $2.99/M CAN for basic HTML sites and $12.50 for ASP or DB driven . I have been hosting for about 5 months with them and I had no problem.
