I signed up for their cheapest plan last night. Paid annually, it is only $1 a month. Enter the code 20OFF at check-out and that takes off 20%, reducing the annual cost to only $9.60. Thats 80 cents a month! I have not done anything with the account yet, so I can't really comment on their reliability. I can say that their control panel looks nice and seems to work well. It looks like a "quality" service. But who knows? Being listed on the Microsoft site and being a "certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist" sounds impressive; but again, who knows. It may be too cheap to be true. We'll see. I'm just using it for tinkering around, so unless they go out of business or they're really horrible, I figure it will serve my needs.

You can use something like http://www.siteuptime.com/[^] to monitor the site for you. I have used them for years. They have a free plan.
