I dont know why? Where I work about 10% of the programmers are girls the are excellent programmers. The head of engineering is a woman and the company CEO is a woman. When I was in school long time ago, we had a few girls they too were excellent. I wish we had more girls programming they are easier to work with and are not arrogant! My $0.02 worth Thx
