Sounds like a permissions issue. Is this your server or is it a 3rd party server? If it's yours, make sure the folder you are trying to create the file in has "write" permissions enabled for your account. Are you listed as the administrator or a particular user? Ensure whichever username you're using has the propper security permissions. If it's a 3rd party server, contact the hosting company and inform them of your error. They'll look into the folder permissions for you. -Goalie35
