We had the reverse problem at my work place. We had PS/2 keyboards and mouse plugged into a KVM 4 port, that needed to be hooked up to a new tower that only had USB ports. The only adapter we found that would work was a dual PS/2 to USB adapter from Belkin. You could try looking for the reverse adaptor for this as the green and purple adaptors were no help. Good luck.
