As far as physical health goes, I try to eat right (including avoiding junk food), I jog 2 days a week and walk 2 other days a week. I also lift weights 4 days a week. As far as other health, I am involved in church and read my Bible for my Spiritual health, and I make sure that I spend time with my wife and kids for my emotional health.
