My server information: Windows Server 2012 Sharepoint 2016 I created two identical workflows on 2013 & 2010 platforms which send an email to my account when a file is uploaded to a library. On 2010 platform the workflow is fine, but on 2013 workflow platform, it's not running successfully. I don't get any email.
