JGAA offers the source to the now defunct version 2.0 of his WarFTP Daemon. His server is a bit advanced, but it will give you a good idea of how to multithread winsock connections and handle file transfers as a server. www.smalleranimals.com/isource.htm this will read and write the composited PSD images. it does not handle layers. it's been a while since i've looked, but i don't think the PS SDK describes the format of PS layers in enough detail to be able to write any kind of reader/writer for them. i could be wrong... -c
