There was a story about US and UK navies taking part in some military exercises. The US navy admiral (SO) sent a message to his counterpart in the UK (CP) welcoming him to the joint exercise and asked him what it was like being part of the second largest navy. The UK admiral (CP) thanked him for his welcome and asked him in return what it was like belonging to the second best.
