Hello: I have a basic problem. I create a COM server dll project. Then I create an ATL object (name: Test1). I select custom interface and I compile it. The server is registered OK, but when I launch the OleViewer I see that the Test1 object doesn't implement the ITest1 interface. Why? Thanks in advance, Jose.

One day, I decided when I received a mail with a zip file attached that when I double clicked on it, Outlook didn't ask me if I wanted to "open it", "save it", etc. I unchecked the option "always ask before opening a file of this type" and Outlook never asked me it again. Now, I want Outlook ask me it again. How can I reactivate this question? I'm using Outlook 2002 SP1. Thanks in advance. :((

Hello: I've migrated a VC6 project to VC7. I've no errors when compiling it. The project consists in several DLLs and a executable project. Everytime I build the solution, all resource files in every DLL is recompiled. How can I avoid this innecesary recompilation of the resource files. Thanks in advance, Jose ;)

Hello: I'm developing a Server ATL component wich supports conneccion points. The client side is an MFC dialog based application. I sometimes need for the server advise to client. I've used the 'AfxConnectionAdvise' MFC global function to do it. If I start the server (an executable server type) before the client the AfxConnectionAdvise function returns 'true' and there is no problem, but if the server is started by DCOM system (when I start the client) then the AfxConnectionAdvise function returns 'false'. ¿What can I do to solve this problem?
