The FileSystemObject that is installed on the other computer is not compatible with the version that you have on your computer. Install Internet Explorer 5.5 or later on the Windows 98 SE and things will work fine. You may also look for a recent version of the scripting runtime from http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/nhp/default.asp?contentid=28001169 - I usually prefer to required Internet Explorer 5.5 in my setups since the scripting runtime setup EXE sometimes seem to fail on some older computes.

Use the merge modules provided with your setup authoring package. If you're using a free tool to make your MSI, you may try to download the merge module from www.installshield.com or www.wisesolutions.com - I don't think that they hold any copyright on them. Finally, I don't think that you need to deploy DCOM on anything after Windows 95.

When did you send in your coupon? Were you expecting it that soon? Mine has been processed (sent it at the end of May), and the automated e-mail I got states that it will be shipped at the beginning of July. Can't wait to get mine!
