In vista, to get Admin rights without UAC, I believe you have to open control panel in admin (Make short-cut to control panel and mess with properties to make it always need admin). I'm not sure how this will work because I actually prefer UAC as I have gotten use to it and it doesn't popup every minute like Vista is being smashed about. Vista is aimed at home users that really don't need to change the computer daily!
