Can any 1 tel me how to start working with VOIP.. what should be the 1st step 1st i hv to Make a Simple TAPI Audio Conferencing or something else i hv to start with Kindly Guide me so that i can Start the Project

i dono how to start tht is y i ws asking .. i mean from where shd i start and from whr shd i get the info for this this is wt i wana do 1. The software tool must work over network, so that any user on his client station can manage or create VOIP accounts with different access control. 2. We get from the VOIP-Provider the Login & Password for each Phone number. We must create approximately 50,000 VOIP logins by the provider For our “Order Service” by each client WE MUST know on the “Softphone Client” from what registered phone number come the call with the registered Name by the VOIP provider. 3. We will install the Phone client Software later on each workstation to connection to PBX server 4. The PBX server MUST run on the VPN line. If the VPN line cuts any technical reason MUST immediately cut all VOIP registrations to provider and wait that the VPN is working and automatically registered again ALL registered VOIP numbers by provider. 5. To the tool MUST existing following function: One time in the month (so that we not loose by the provider the phone number) must call each registered phone number the other registered phone number! Not only ringing the number also has automatically to take the call for 1 second and hang up and take the next phone number. 6. When we added more VOIP accounts must also automatically added to the function under NUMBER 5!
