Ok I pulled this from www.aspnettutorials.com I want to know if I can take this and make it a strong encryption method. I wanna be able basically to create a page that allows a text box then it encrypt it and saves it to the server. Then later another user can connect to the same page unencrypted and view what was written. Does that make any sense?
