Hi, I am implementing c#.net application. Where since form last week i am facing problem with photo effects. My requirement is, i am capturing photos using web cam then captured photos can be modified like they can change the effects like (photo shop Filter options) watercolor, oil painting, comic,Soft focus, Sketch and etc. Now i need to apply those effects to the photos can any one please suggest me how i can solve this problem.
