Andy, Yes the patents have been filed and we expect that they will be granted. The PageSnap patents relate to the page parsing logic that includes rewriting the HTML/DHTML and JavaScript/VBScript code that constitutes the web page. This enables saved web pages to function properly even from the local disk. PopSmart technology intelligently distinguishes between good and bad popups - for example, if the user clicks on a banner ad, the banner ad will be allowed to open in a new window.
