You will be outsourced and/or replaced with H1Bs. Why? Because (obviously) the company you 'love' just can't find people with the appropriate technical skills in your country...(it also might have something to do with trimming labor costs, pensions, fringes and providing a more substantial margin for the principals/owners/stockholders).
