User register from windows form application and then insert that data to webserver database please help me.

i want to show video from other site just like http://www.mediafire.com/download/tq56im08cb3kdaf/sugyipan.mp4[^] copy to text box want to show that video file to my site please help me how can i solve this problem.please give me advise
