I've found that with Arvixe it's a matter of luck and what you need the service for. I did my research when going with them and received a lot of good feedback. Unfortunately, for me they didn't work out. The Windows Server was going down constantly and their customer support takes a lot of time to respond (I recommend you monitor your server uptime). Our server got hit by a DDOS attack and it took two days to get the service running again. They scheduled maintenance without notifying me. If you just want to host some websites very cheap it's an ok service as long as you don't care the site go down often. But anything other than that I would shop for a different service. I was with them for two years because I signed a two year agreement but had to move most of my sites out of it after a few months of service.
