Paging is for a report. You seek that page change changes report in viewer which is not how it works. If you need that, put all employees in a single report with page break on every employee such that all start from new page. Thus, one report, one viewer and employees on each page. Make both the divs runat='server' and assign them some ID and write your code according to that. e.g. on Page_Load if u want to both the divs invisible then : div1.Visible= false; div2.Visible= false; Similarly you can write code according to the radio button selection. Happy Coding, Vivek Rathore
