Speakeasy.net. I have used them as my DSL provider for years, but had a less expensive web host. But then there was a very odd problem where some form-based mails from my site were being sent to my email but not received. I tracked it down as far as I dcould and then tried to enlist Speakeasy on the receiver side and the other guiys on the sender side to help. The Speakeasy guiys understood the problem and set up experiements and scanned server logs./ The other guys never got past "well, if it's being send then it has to get there." So I moved four websites to speakeasy. (and the problem disappeared)
