I have a task at work where the simplest implementation (from the user's perspective)would be in the form of a custom toolbar that would work in Excel. The application deals almost exclusively with manipulating speadsheet data, so I think a toolbar or other groop of buttons would be an elegant way to implement this. I've never written such an application before, but I have done similar stand-alone Windows applications. Where do I start? Where's the best information to get going on this?
