Hi there, I'm not sure about your question, but I guess that you want to open a dialog box like Save As ... so that the user can save what he types in the textbox. Basically, to access the file system on the client machine you can use the FileSystemObject[^], however, you need to take into account the permission issue, otherwise you will get an error. Another way is to use the server side code to get all the values of the textboxes, and you can store them in a file, say .xls, then you can use the Content-Disposition header field to promtp the user the Save dialog box at the client side.
