This has been already spoken some times and, as fas as I know, it has always been rejected. If CP starts supporting a language, then all user of other languages will start complaining about. On the other hand... CP already has a massive number of spammers, if the spam links were hidden in articles of other languages, the number of potential reporters would decrease a lot, because they can not understand the content to know if it is spam or not. I come from spain and my english is not the best, but although it would be more confortable for me to read in spanish, I think it is a bad idea and my vote is against it.
