  • How come I get a rounded number when I multiply doubles?? [modified]
    P pinskerr

Your other respondents are right that InvItem.Price appears to be an integer, so you would expect the answer to be 24.0. However you say the answer is 12.0, that is really weird - is that what you meant?

the Caves of Drach are amazing, you may have seen caves before but they have a massive cavern at the bottom with a lake, and a show with boats going across. If you want more than going to the beach, don't miss it. The North-West coast is truly spectacular, it's worth hiring a car & buying a map. There is also valldemosa, makes a brilliant day out, read up about it! Have fun, Majorca is a brilliant family holiday if you can get away from the crowds a bit.

  • EQOTD - English Question of the Day - verbalized transition
    P pinskerr

In American English, what you say is OK (see dictionary.com). However, in British English (note: England is in Britain...) the -ion words are nouns only, the verb would be transit (see askoxford.com). However, I think that while "the Foos transit to a new state" is OK, "Fred transits the Foos to a new state" is dodgy. Also, "move" or "change" seems more obvious.
