I am not a programmer or IT guy, just average Joe. I WILL NOT watch 99% of the videos on the 'net. I WHOLLY AGREE that text is a must. The absence of text shows laziness and/or stupidity. I DO NOT have Facebook or Twitter accounts. The local radio stations have contests. However, to enter one must "Twitter" the reply. WE who refuse to "Twitter" are effectively banned. They even state "no phone calls". Discrimination??? I WILL NOT buy 99% of the products advertised on TV, radio of the 'net. I WILL NEVER buy "As Seen On TV" or Infomercial products. I ZAP as many ads as I can when watching TV. Rather watch Sesame Street on PBS. I began using the 'net while still using Win 3.1, and Netscape 1.0, circa '94. Not one friggin ad. No viruses or spyware. Slow with images on(14.4 modem) But loads of meaningful info. I sorta miss those days. BTW... I'm in my mid 60's. The above are constitant with my rebel mentality. Just doing my small part to rid us of corp. intrusion.
