I shouldn't have to be an all or nothing choice. I think the most productive mode for me would be a 50/50 (er...with a 5 day work week 60/40) split. I don't have such an arrangement, but it would be a great boon to me. I have two autistic children. It would be a great benefit to the family if I could work more from home. As it is, I put in some time from home when we have critical health issues (about once a month) that I am gratefuil to have.
