Don't have them write code in the interview. That is simply a waste of time. Most good programmers would struggle with that.

Give them a laptop with your IDE loaded, am sure most good programmers would not struggle with that.

Not out in India yet. Scheduled for a 27 April release. But at INR 39,990 (about USD 915), its a bit expensive for my taste :sigh:

Might be useful, but I won't depend on it to make critical decisions for me. You might miss out on something cool that is pretty new and hence not much exists on google about it. For example, 4 years back if you were trying to decide on C# vs Java for your project using GoogleFight alone, am sure you would have gone the Java way, and missed out on C# :)

it inspires distrust and a us and them mentality between management and workers.

It sure does, and whats more important is that it does not work. At least a few employees will be able to bypass it without having *broken* any rules (unmoitored gateways, proxies, torr etc). - sajith m

It relies on some player software leaving the decrypted keys in memory, that won't last for long.

But won't every player have to have the keys in memory? Okay, maybe the next generation players will encrypt it, so the "crack" will involve decrypting that as well.. The present crack won't last for long, but rest assured a new modified version will become available then.
