Problem solved. Solution: Change all DataAdapter DateTime columns Input and Update parameters OleDbType to DBTimeStamp. By default the designer sets any Date/Time column to DBDate which only formats the data to store the date. This goes for DataAdapters created by the designer and for manually coded OleDbParameters. What if you take the remainder after subtracting the units, first div by 2 and check, then 3 and check. With what you have avaiable all you have to make up is a half inch. Just a thought, it's been running around back there all night. :-D

Robert, Thanks for the quick response. I spoke to the Manufacturer and obtained detailed information concerning the conversion of the Bytes to usable values. Multiplying Int32 by some number, dividing by another, blah blah blah. Anyway, thanks for all the help, Scott
