MCAD/MCSD worth it??I wouldn't stop at an MCAD. Get the full MCSD. Its worth it. Its helped open doors for me that would be shut if I didn't have it. I would get the books and spend the extra on the transcender practice tests. They are a huge aid in studying for these tests. Good luck J MCSD C#

Resume LengthI have 7 years of programming experience and I make sure my resume is only 1 page. People don't want to slog through a long list of information. They want a crisp clean efficient way of getting the information. If the resume is longer than 1 page, the details will get lost and you'll have fewer hits on your resume. *shrug* that's my two cents anyhow :D Good luck J MCSD C#.Net

Which certifcation to get firstI think this is exactly the right answer. I did the XML first then the SQL test. I was much more versed on XML WebServices than SQL, and for me at least I got through the XML test with much greater ease. *shrug* Get the transcenders (www.transcender.com) and get a feel for what each test has and decide for yourself. Also, Colin is right about passing the first test. Whenever I start these tracks I pick the easiest first just to hit the ground running. Good luck! J MSCD C#.Net
