The issues are surely different to those discussed Will you be a whole heap more passionate about the new job? Is it doing things you are passionate about? If it is a promtion which means you have to lead/manage people which perhaps you don't do now, do you think you have the skills to do it and will you like it? Does the new organisation have the right values, mission, goals etc (or is it the same organisation in a different city)? Do you feel that your new boss will lead you / manage you in the way you like to be led? ASk yourself similar questions about your current job. Remember the grass often appears greener on the other side of the fence till you get there? Have you spoken to other people who work at the new organisation?
