So sounds like an email client problem and not an email problem. Myself I use a small email service which is browser based. So with years of Firefox (10 at least) and maybe a couple with Chrome I have not had a problem like you describe. I doubt they want to attempt to support every email client themselves. And especially not variations like you mentioned. But there might be something in the page which you might find which they can easily restrict, if you identify it for them.

We may have got the servers running enough to get the Newsletters out. You should receive them shortly as we are starting to process the North America subscriptions now, but this may take an hour. It looks to have been deleted by the author after it was accepted for publication, don't know why.
