Hi you can use the printOut command of the report. i.e. on the click event of the print button.... CrystalReport1.printOut false the parameter false is used to diable user prompt. the other parameters are self explaining. (Note: I am using crsytal reports 9 and VB.6) Bye:zzz:

Perhaps this is an issue that you need to raise with the makers of Crystal Reports, at www.businessobjects.com. I just quickly ran through there website and found a PDF talking about a couple issues with SelectionFormula on WebForms. Than it's more about rounding/truncating rather than formatting. If you want to truncate to a certain digit you can use several approaches, two are here: 1) Function TruncateToDecX(v as double,d as double) as double v=v/d v=int(v) v=v*d return (v) end function You use it passing v=1.1999 and d=0.01 (where you want to truncate) you get 1.19 2) Quick and dirty dim s as string=v.tostring s.substring(0,s.indexof(".")+2)

1. Did you include the report in the installation? 2. Is the report sitting in the directory where your code expects it to be? 3. Is your code generating the correct full path to the report file or did you just assume that the current directory would be your applications directory? BTW, #3 this is the most popular mistake in using any file! Always generate full pathnames to any file you use.
