My problem with FHM and it's kin is the whole encouragement of the "player" attitude. That of to be a real man involves scoring as often as possible with the hottest chicks. Being smooth and charming and ultimately very false. They talk about how to get a woman in bed in 3 easy moves and crap like that. And the humour is as bottom of the barrel as you can get. Everytime they refer to a cat (pussy) they snigger as if that is the funniest thing on earth. Tasteless is not the word and yet these magazines are getting more popular. And really we all know what the magazines are about. Fans of the magazines say "oh but it isn't all bums and boobs, there are intellectual articles on fashion, gadgets and how to get a six pack in six days!" pfffftt might as well claim that the reason you visit a pron site is to read the scintilatingly erudite "stories" about peoples inner emotions. If guys want to look at scantily clad babes then fine, I know I do and there is not much wrong in it. But then we/they should say so and not hide behind a "trying to be a better man" rubbish.
