I think those credentials will only work in the scope of your app browser object. But you can download those pdfs if you get your browser object to do this for you. (I have build an app like yours a time ago and had the same problem, but I managed my browser object to do the steps (but not downloading) I wanted to automate.)

I see. I did not know that I had to iterate through all of the controls. Currently the Radio buttons are in group fields. I have 6 sets of Run/Stop radiobuttons on my form in 6 group fields. I ran into a problem where they were not in group fields and then only one radiobutton was allowed to be selected from the rest. Thanks for the help. Tom Tom Wright tawright915@gmail.com

Did you save the change? Have you confirmed that the access database has the new size? When you change the data structure, the code will automatically pick up the change, as long as you rerun the program and the connection is recreated. Also, I would check the length of the path, which you are trying to save in the database. VB Prog

It's worth knowing that the native providers, e.g. the SQL Server providers, generally use the databases native API, so you get the best speed because they aren't dealing with the plumbing that technologies that ODBC put in place. You know for half a day it did not click with me what you said.....until now. So I set the background image property of my main form and ala peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.....the group box was filled in exactly like I wanted it too. Thanks for the help Tom Wright tawright915@gmail.com

Looks like you're using some tool to generate the Datalayer. If this is true, just change the underlying SP that is executed by Me.TeacherTableAdapter.usernamePassword() function to return a resultset instead of just a string output. And run the tool again. This will make the function return a DataRow of the underlying table. If the above is not true, you've to start from the ground up. Modify the SP to return a resultset, modify the function to read the resultset using a DataReader or a DataSet. SG

It's possible if your code was written in unmanaged C++, but not VB.NET or C#. This is because the .NET Framework doesn't support the exports and static linking required to do something called "DLL injection". This would be required because your code would have to become part of a foreign process so it can respond to another applications Paint events so the button gets repainted when necessary and respond to the clicks on the button. Okay, I think I was trying to do private mypassenger(15) as new passenger in my declaration section. However I get a compile error that says you cannot use te new operator on an array. If you're stopping another timer, why not just change its interval to the interval you had in mind for the third timer and hook up the right event listener to it?
