Nope. I think its fine to "reuse" code thats available to us by way of the internet. Why reinvent the wheel? Its almost impossible for me personally to remember the syntax of all the different web technologies. Sometimes i'll google it and change what i need to make it work. In fact, I know very senior developers that do that same. So no, You (and me) are not copy cats. :)
