What I want to do is that once some document is uploaded into sharepoint site; the approvers gets URL of a new web page [thru email] that has a Multiline textbox for comments and an Approve and reject button for the obvious. This status has to be updated into the document library of the sharepoint site. I have to implement all this "without" creating any custom workflow.
