C'mon, sane people didn't yell out an idea that popped into their head. If they felt a need to tell someone their brilliant idea, they would find someone who might be interested and tell them....quietly. The potential value in twitter is connecting those people who have common interests, but because there is so much noise on Twitter, this goal is difficult to realize.
