That particular download works if you wait for it first to fail and then click the Direct dl link. However there's are probably thousands of articles where there is no direct dl link offered eg.: Dynamic Holiday Date Calculator[^] Managed I/O Completion Ports (IOCP)[^]

I'm using IE8 also for most time and found that on *SOME* projects, the download page has this: " If the download doesn't start please *click here*." That link works in IE8 - but it doesn't show up in most of the projects! eg. For past several months I haven't been able to download any projects on the browsers I mostly use (IE8, Chrome). I can browser the source and copy paste the code manually file by file but that's getting a bit old after a while as I was hoping this problem was temporary and would go away. eg. After logging in, instead of my nick or email, the page shows a number next to the "sign out". I'm not sure if that's normal. If I try to login to the site, sometimes it goes to a 302 refresh loop, doing thousands of requests a minute. If I try to download, it goes to download page from the project page but nothing happens. I tested this on various browsers incl latest chrome. eg. (Trying on IE10 preview I get Evil Hamsters screen) Latest Chrome : nothing happens. I finally tried Firefox and on it the download worked.
