Hi All, I am calling below code in installer class it is giving exception.System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("mailto:abc@yahoo.com")."The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context". But the above line of code is working fine by opening a Outlook Express New MailMessage window,when i called from a button click event in a windows form.But when i try to call it frominstaller class its giving exception. Hi all, I developed one windows forms application in C#.But I want to develop licensing scheme for this application based on per machine.I have to generate a unique key based on MacAddress whenever SetUp is installed on Client machine(I know how to retrieve MacAddress).Can anybody have idea in this type of application please reply back with some sample code or approach document.I am very new to this license applications. Hi all, I need some samples for licensing the windows form application.My criteria is whenever user attempting to login the application i want to check the license key which is stored in a database table. The way to generate the license is, wherever application is installed, a KEY is generated with that computers CPU number.When user is logging in, how do we check this, (i.e.) we have application running on a server 10 users who are connecting to a server, we don't have to install the license on all the clients (PC's). This should be checked only on the server side. We should check the license when any one connects to a server (MSSQL) (I don't want to install license on every client, it should be only on the server, here ever the MS SQL you have installed or connecting to) Any body have idea about this type of requirement, please send me the code samples or documentation . thanks sastry sastry

Hi , Thanks for your reply,my basic idea is calling everything from command prompt without showing windows or hiding windows,clearly what i want i have to pass username and password... from command prompt like this, windowsApp1 -U userName -P password -S serverName -F fieldname(which is in database),after that every thing will have run as a background without showing windows.if possible send o/p to console. i think its clear now,if you have any samples send me thanks.
